Answer To The Peppers Question

I don't know if any of you readers out there have been groping for an answer to the question of what to do with all your fresh peppers from the garden. Maybe, unlike me, you had a plan for them when you planted them. Or maybe, you, like me, planted those pepper plants for the sake of having fresh peppers whenever you wish this summer and for the simple fact that one can't have a garden without thriving pepper plants! Maybe you, like me, found yourselves with way more of those little things than you can use fresh. And maybe you, like me, don't have a lot of time to spend preserving them but can't bear to see such good food rot either. Just in case, I'm sharing a very easy, very quick recipe for preserving peppers. You can use either hot or mild peppers, or a combination of the two as I like to do. The best part is that this process does not require hot water bathing, and is enough for just 2 pints of peppers, because we all know that those of us out gardening as a hobby don't have big tubs of peppers to deal with at one time. Just here a little and there a little.

And, as usual, the happy summer pictures, while summer lasts!:)

Enjoy, ya'll! Love from all at The Relish Barn! ~Mary Graber
